Birds Around Me 0200 - Northern Wheatear (Oenanthe oenanthe)
Northern Wheatear (Oenanthe oenanthe) is a summer migrant that arrives in Britain between March and May and stays until late August. Most migrations take place mainly at night to their wintering grounds. It is slightly larger than Robin with the most obvious identification being the white rump and black 'T' shape of the tail.
